Welcome to the inaugural season of the Formula Abarth open wheel championship for Assetto Corsa.
For the first time we will bring the Tatuus FA01 that runs in the Italian Formula Abarth series to the world stage.

The DSRL will be returning to Assetto Corsa  for this series.
They seem to have solved the issues that plagued and ultimately shut down the previous Ferrari Challenge series.





This series will run every other Saturday at 9pm BST Time
Round 1 - Zandvoort - March 31st - 9pm BST/4pm EST
Round 2 - Silverstone GP - April 14th - 9pm BST/4pm EST
Round 3 - Brands Hatch GP - April 28th - 9pm BST/4pm EST
Round 4 - Barcelona GP - May 12th - 9pm BST/4pm EST
Round 5 - Imola - May 26th - 9pm BST/4pm EST
Round 6 - Nurburgring GP - June 9th - 9pm BST/4pm EST
Round 7 - Laguna Seca - June 23rd - 9pm BST/4pm EST
Round 8 - Mugello - July 7th - 9pm BST/4pm EST

There will be a 5 minute Practice session to load everyone in. You are allowed to go on track during this session.
Qualifying will be a 25 minute session. Qualifying will end after 20 minutes with time to finish your flying lap. The remaining 5 minutes will be to set/save your race tune.
The session will automatically finish and go to a 30 second count down to the green lights.
You must select "DRIVE" during the pre-race screen to ready up for the race.


The race will be 150KM, number of laps determined by the track length.
After the 30 second pre race screen the race will use the in game standing start and we will go off the lights.
Pit stops are not mandatory, however you will have to pit due to fuel capacity.
You are allowed to use any compound of tire for qualifying and the race.
If you can make the entire distance on one set of tires you will save time in the pits.
Pit lane speed limit is automatically controlled by the game, but you must stop in your correct pit box on your own.
Once you stop, your pit strategy screen appears.
You must adjust your tires to the requested compound, this is pretty straight forward.
You must tell the game how much fuel you want in your car when you leave the pits.
**This is NOT how much fuel you want added, it IS how much fuel you want in the car when you pull out.** In my screen shot my car already has 28L of fuel onboard, therefore there will be no fuel added in this example.
You must then specify if you want any damage repaired. Then press A to confirm this.




If you are involved in an accident that you caused, please give the spot back as quickly as possible.
If you feel the crash was more than a racing incident or you were not properly given the spot back please record the crash and report it to the lobby host for possible further action.
Full course yellows will only be called on lap 1.
This will be called quickly by the lobby host if 3 or more cars sustain damage on lap 1.
All cars will proceed at no faster than 100KPH for the remainder of lap 1 and all of lap 2.
The damaged cars must pit and catch up to the back of the pack.
If this requires a 3rd lap of caution we will do so. Incidents later in the race will not bring out a full course yellow.


All drivers who complete 50% race distance will be scored.
1st - 25pts
2nd - 20pts
3rd - 17pts
4th - 15pts
5th thru 16th- 1 point less than the position above down to 3pts for last
There will be 1 dropped round for this season, either your lowest score or 1 missed week.


This series will run 1 full lobby of 16 drivers.
You must have a headset to listen and communicate during the events.

I'd love to take part in this but can't guarantee always being available. I'll definitely miss the race on the 23rd June as I'll be away in Italy on holiday but also on some Saturdays I'm out with the missus. So place me as a reserve and I'll race any that I'm able if there's space available.

I'll be able to participate in most races but may miss some due to work

A few rule updates/changes after round 1.
- There will be no password as an Invite Only lobby does not need one.
- There will now be a 5 minute Practice session to load everyone in. You are allowed on track during this short session.
- Qualifying will be set to 25 minutes, however it will still be 20 minutes in length. With 5 min remaining you may finish your flying lap then must return to pits. This will give everyone time to set and save your race setup.

Yes spiff, we would love to have you. Week 1 we only ran with 5 drivers. Have had a few more sign up since but still not a full 16 car field.

I can’t race tonight gents, will be primed for next week though
