9th is ok for me also providing my daughter doesn't give birth earlier than expected.. she's due on the 13th and I will be back up to Manchester soon after the littler 'un arrives.

American Biscuits and Gravy are a staple in Southern Breakfast foods. I think you would enjoy it. I was actually referring to a conversation I overheard about a Biscuit factory in the UK Smile

I'm all about a pancake stake with as much maple syrup as Canada can spare to be fare.
As for biscuits I think at one point nearly every large town had there own factory at one point.
